Entering the wharf areas in any major town or city requires the possession of a Maritime Security Identifcation Card [MSIC]. Myself and my operators are MSIC holders and thus we load of the wharfs with import freight and also deliver export goods to the major ports including Fremantle, Henderson and Bunbury.
